A black bear caught on camera outside a home in upstate New York

Home security cameras caught an Asian black bear roaming land near Woodstock and Saugerties in Ulster County, New York just before dawn on Friday, August 19. NYS Route 212 showing a bear walking past a garage door, around a car in the driveway, and onto the road. This was the first bear sighting for the Limonlowthers, who moved from New York City to the Catskill Mountains in 2019. And at least 30% of them live in the Catskills.
