A man allegedly set fire to Vic’s elastic castle handed over from Washington State
A man suspected of launching a series of fire attacks on Jump Castle in Victoria was arrested in Perth.
A Victorian police detective handed over a 55-year-old man after being arrested in the WA capital in August as part of another investigation by WA police and the Australian Federal Police.
A man’s arrest warrant was issued in Victoria after he did not appear in court in 2018 to answer allegations of a series of arson attacks, including a resilient castle.
He was charged with eight arson and three attempted arson in 2017 after investigating the fire.
Victorian police have previously filed several charges to find a man.
He will meet the Magistrates’ Court in Melbourne on Thursday night.
