After delays and production challenges, Apple finally announced the latest iPhone. This is the largest and fastest the company has ever manufactured. Not only is the iPhone 12 a novel design with a larger display, it also works with the ever-expanding 5G network.
Apple CEO Tim Cook has begun minutes from the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park, Cupertino.
There are four new devices in the iPhone 12 lineup, all of which are 5G compatible.
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will be available on October 23, and the iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available on November 13.
The iPhone 12 features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a contrast ratio of 2,000,000: 1 and twice as many pixels as the iPhone 11.
The iPhone 12 Mini has a 5.4-inch display and has all the same features as the iPhone 12.
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini are available in blue, green, black, white, and PRODUCT (RED).
The iPhone 12 Pro features a 6.1-inch display and four new finishes, including graphite, silver, gold, and Pacific Blue with a Super Retina XDR display.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max has a larger 6.7-ich, over 3.5 million pixels.
Apple has waited longer than any other major smartphone brand to deliver 5G on the iPhone.
The “standby” approach was adopted for 5G, and the company has now decided to go all-in with a faster cellular network.
The move is in great support of Australia’s 5G network preparations, which are now available to about half of Australia’s population, and coverage is expanding day by day.
iPhone customers can access content even faster, whether they’re streaming music or video, or playing online games on the move.
The iPhone 12 has a distinct new look with a clearer flat edge, reminiscent of the look of the iPhone 4 and the latest iPad Pro announced in 2010.
The edges of the new iPhone feature an aluminum frame for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini and stainless steel for the iPhone 12 Pro.
The display includes a new ceramic shield that makes the glass more resistant to scratches and drops. It is stronger than the glass of any smartphone.
All new iPhones are IP68 compliant, so you can soak them in water up to a depth of 6m for 30 minutes.
iPhone 12 Pro includes a 5G connection with wireless that works on 5G networks around the world.
It offers peak download speeds of up to 4 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 1 Gbps.
The media invitation to the event was titled Hi, Speed. This means both 5G speedups and speedups that account for the incredible additional speeds of 5G networks.
Apple says it is working with network partners around the world to complete the iPhone 12 5G.
It supports 5G sub-6 and millimeter waveform formulas, but has potential as 5G networks are being developed around the world.
Apple introduced features with 5G. This is an app that gives NFL fans access to multiple video streams of matches for stadium fans.
The iPhone 12 is powered by Apple’s latest silicon, the A14 Bionic chip, which is 50% faster and 50% faster graphics than the iPhone 11 and A13 chips.
The A14 Bionic is the first smartphone chip built on the latest 5nm processor technology.
The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max have a triple camera system, and the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini have a dual lens camera.
iPhone 12 has a 7-element lens that improves transparency and performance in dark places.
Night Mode Time Lapse is another new feature that allows users to create compelling videos.

There is also an improvement in optical image stabilization with a new feature called sensor shift.
Apple Pro RAW is also coming to iPhone 12 Pro Max, offering RAW photos to give professional photographers more work and more creative control.
The Pro iPhone also includes features first seen on the latest iPad Pro. LiDAR scanners can reflect light to measure the distance from a sensor to surrounding objects.
This technology enables more accurate augmented reality.
LiDAR also helps focus objects in night mode images 6x more accurately.
iPhone 12 can shoot video in 4K with HDR recording that captures over 700 million colors.
It is also the first smartphone to record in 4K at up to 60 frames per second with Dolby Vision HDR.
iPhone 12 Pro can also edit Dolby Vision HDR video on the device itself.
iPhone 12 is also MagSafe. This is a magnetic wireless charging system that allows the Qi charger to be fully aligned and stay in place.
No charger or earphones
Apple has decided not to include charging bricks and wired earphones in the new iPhone 12.
According to Apple, this is both a cost-cutting measure and an environmental decision.
Most customers who buy an iPhone 12 already have a charger.
Apple’s decision not to include one in the box means it won’t be landfilled, but it also helps reduce packing to half the size of the iPhone 11.
This means that Apple can install an additional 70% more iPhones in a single shipment, further reducing the company’s carbon emissions.
The move to not add earphones to the box was for the same reason.
Also, anyone buying a new iPhone 12 may already have wire-free earphones or Apple’s own AirPods and AirPods Pro.
The iPhone 12 Mini is priced at $ 1,199 (64GB), $ 1,279 (128GB), and $ 1,449 (256GB).
The iPhone 12 is priced at $ 1,349 (64GB), $ 1,429 (128GB), and $ 1,599 (256GB).
The iPhone 12 Pro costs $ 1,699 (128GB) and $ 1,869 (256GB0, $ 2,219 (512GB)).
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is priced at $ 1,849 (128GB), $ 2,019 (256GB), and $ 2,369 (512GB).
