CARL Prins, a billionaire of green energy and a recent purchaser of Bronte’s most expensive home, sells his redundant eastern suburban homes.
Prins wants $ 3.9 million from his 1910 federal Waverley home, which he bought with his wife Kate for $ 2.8 million in 2013.
