An interim report on veterans’ suicides with the Royal Board of Defense was released today.
RSL Chairman Greg Merrick disagreed, saying the previous administration “responded positively to all of our key recommendations.”
“Except, of course, for demand-driven financing, which is the main thing we’re still trying to get over,” he told Sky News Australia.
“We must remember that the previous administration allocated an additional approximately $280 million to remove public service caps and increase payments to mental health professionals.”
