  1. il n'y a pas eu d'etude qui mesure la testo de personne grosse puis ensuite apres perte massive de poids refaire la mesure de testo ?

  4. Bonjour Wilfried ! « Bien vu » d’aborder ce sujet ! Il est toujours bon de rappeler « pourquoi » et « comment » sont intimement liés la baisse de la testostérone et la prise de masse grasse viscérale ! Surtout et toujours durant cette période de confinement imposée ! Il est presque certain qu’au sortir de ce « mauvais moment » passé en confinement qu’il y aura une prise de conscience chez les hommes pour se remettre au sport et à l’activité physique !     Me concernant, il est clair qu'avec un mode de vie paléo ( nourriture, sport, bon sommeil ), il m'est impossible de grossir. Même en mangeant de grandes quantités.
    C'est cool car ça me permet de me faire plaisir occasionnellement.
