A teenage hairdresser who was filmed punching and spitting on a Hindley St. McDonald’s employee last week has accused staff of misconduct, an allegation strongly denied by Maccas. it was done.

“Clearly the decision to push me out of his kitchen was not wanted and was not consistent with work procedures.

“I acknowledge my large role in this matter and I fully apologize for my role, but I believe no one was right in this situation.”

A McDonald’s Australian spokesperson condemned Miller’s claims that Hindley Street employees acted according to emergency procedures.

“Anti-social behavior will not be tolerated in our restaurants and we expect our employees to be treated with respect at all times,” they said.

“We will always do our best for our customers, but we do not accept abuse, threats, intimidation or violence against our employees.

“We will continue to support all employees involved.”

In the video, Miller appears to throw herself over the counter several times, accusing her manager of hitting her.

“You hit me in the face, buddy,” she said I hear you say.

“No, I didn’t,” the manager replies emphatically.

“Yes you did. There’s a video, you idiot,” says Ms Miller.

Ms. Miller was charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of aggravated assault and prohibited conduct with human biological material.

The latter faces a maximum sentence of seven years in prison under a tough new South Australian law to end abuse of retail staff.

Mr. Miller’s case will be heard in court on November 24th.
