6 am Wake up, drink a glass of warm water with a big squeeze of lemon, and take my probiotics.
6:30 am Two cups of morning coffee, one espresso and one with almond milk.
9 am I make a big carafe of fresh ginger, lemon and mint and drink it all day long.
11 am For breakfast, I eat the same smoothie I’ve had every day for years: ice, water, spinach or kale, wild blueberries, sprouted plant protein, marine collagen, whole avocado, and flaxseed.
1:30 pm It’s a canned tuna salad.
4 pm Peppermint tea and loco love chocolate.
6:30 p.m. A glass of red wine.
8 pm Grilled fish with lemon and salad with olive oil and chilli. Lemon balm tea and magnesium afterwards.
