Nürburgring spy photo reveals Toyota Yaris GR hot hatchback could soon become a supernova

Spy photos taken at the new Toyota Yaris GR prototype Nürburgring with a number of upgraded aerodynamic kits are spreading on the internet, and we’ve long been able to get a hotter version of one of the most exciting new cars. Suggests. ..

We are already quite in love with the current form of the Yaris GR. We love having our own small factory, rear bias all-wheel drive system, quirky 3-cylinder engine, and Toyota selling 6-speed manual transmissions. The only thing we don’t like is that it’s not sold in all regions, at least in its current form, or soon.

So when a fresh photo that looks like a development model of the Yaristest on the famous Nürburgring truck in Germany shows a car with many new parts you’ve never seen before, it drives your imagination. ..

does not have permission to publish photos, but you can see the car in Carscoops, Motor1, and various other publications where the photos could be stolen. The photo shows the addition of aerodynamic winglets to the front bumper, a redesigned front fender with a huge air duct behind the wheels, and a second arched over the roof spoiler of the Stock Yaris GR. It seems to indicate a large spoiler attachment. Carscoops speculates that if Toyota is aiming for a hardcore, potentially lightweight model of the hatchback, the black-roofed roots could also be made of carbon fiber.

On the outer edge of the rear wheels, there are also some interesting discs that look like a rally car-inspired or some rear weight balance adjustment. If you have any clues, please let us know in the comments.

Whatever the full range of obvious upcoming enhancements to Toyota’s Yaris GR, it is already built on a car that weighs just over 1,270 kg and produces 200 kW and 168 Nm of torque. I hope Toyota can actually get a hot hatch that made fun of us. And I hope there are plans to make it as fun as Yaris.
