This year’s Halloween, I’m ghost busting with Egon’s old cane

There are many things that make Ghostbusters cool, but at the top of the list must be a gadget. Ghost traps, PKE leaders, proton packs, and, of course, their Neutrona wands. It’s a ghost buster version of a gun that fires a powerful stream that can grab a ghost and, well, bust it. If you’ve ever wanted to be like Ray, Peter, Egon, or Winston, this is an important accessory. Hasbro now has that much.

Released earlier this year as a late tie-up Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Spengler’s Neutrona Wand Plasma Series sells for about $ 150. That sounds a lot to a little plastic, but it goes far beyond that (Hasbro sent this for review).Looking at it, it is a toy that I would have used every day if I had it at the time of the original Ghost Busters Came out … and might use it every day as a 40 year old man. cool. Click first to give it a try. Warning: You may see shit that whitens you!

At first glance, the package is just a basic cardboard box. However, when the label is removed, the box looks like an old, dirty metal box.The kind of children we envision Afterlife Please find it at.

Packaging point 2

Inside the box are a cane, a plastic stand (multiple parts), and instructions. It also requires three AA batteries that are not included. By the way, you’ll need a razor or knife to open it.

(Not Stephen King’s) Stand

What makes this toy unique is that it is a toy, but it can also be exhibited. Personally, that’s a big selling point for me. This is the completed stand. It’s made of fairly flimsy plastic and is far less durable than the cane itself, but the design is nice and a bit better than nothing.

Cane itself

The cane itself was just great. It’s plastic, but it’s a heavy plastic that gives it a good weight. As you can see, the details appear to be very weathered and used. Like it’s been sitting in a box for 40 years. The grip is comfortable. In addition, it can be easily displayed in either direction. Both look great.

A closer look at the switch reveals how good this wand is. Not only do all the levers and switches move, they are also functional. A function that works when the battery is inserted. It has power, activation, and a few other buttons, which I don’t know, but it’s still fun. When activated, the whole vibrates, giving it an energetic feel. In addition, the buttons must be clicked in order to work, so you must click them in the correct order.

With the wand on, you can really shine, figuratively and literally. When turned on and activated, you can pull a small green level to pop the front. Then press “Strengthen” and you’re defeating the ghost.

It’s better than that. You can switch the wand between four different modes by clicking the orange button near the front. There are orange, green, blue, and finally red pulses.

After all, I don’t know how this particular wand of Egon works, not Ray, Peter, or Winston. Afterlife.. Hopefully we can find it in March. But overall, it’s a gorgeous piece for any collection. It looks solid and makes a cool sound. You can play and view it. Sure, you’ll need three batteries instead of two or four, and it’s not advisable to pick up one of these enough, except how difficult it is to open.

The Hasbro Pulse is sold out, but you can pre-order it at Entertainment Earth or the Big Bad Toy Store.
