Former President Donald Trump says FBI agents raided Mar-a-Lago’s mansion and broke into a safe his son admits

The unprecedented raid on the former president’s home marks a significant escalation to a records investigation, one of several that Trump faces during his tenure and in his private business.
The Justice Department declined to comment on the search, but Trump said in a statement that a “large group of FBI agents” were involved.
Both the FBI headquarters in Washington and the FBI field office in Miami declined to comment.
