“We added a level with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study,” says Krelle.
“With two children and the desire to stay downtown, we needed more space. The only way was to move up.”
Features of the home include stained glass windows, polished concrete, oak floors, custom cabinetry, high ceilings, custom kitchen with marble benchtops and dishwasher.
The home also flows into a private landscaped garden with BBQ area and rear lane access.
