what we did
“In 2019 we rebuilt the rear upstairs,” says Monique. “A brief to architect John Watkins and decorator Adelaide Bragg was a classic and timeless design that complements the front of the house.”

“The front sitting room, a great place to read, have a conversation, and have a cup of tea. Full of books on history, gardens, and art that inspire me to make tea.” .”

“We love the shops in Hawksburn Village,” says Monique. “Our favorites are Bistro Thierry, Manon Bis and KittyK boutique.”
Future Plans
“Just to enjoy this home for a while. We are currently doing a major renovation to our country home with the help of Adelaide Bragg.

“Once you do it, you can do it well. Also, get professional help because it costs less than an expensive failure,” says Monique.
