Kmart launches new Australian skincare line inspired by luxury

Kmart employees have revealed the $5 ‘hero’ products Australians need from the store’s latest collection.

The budget retailer has launched a line of highly affordable Australian-made skincare products.

Among the goods found at Kmart‘s beauty section has discount face masks, cleansers, body lotions, multiple moisturizers for different skin conditions, and even eye creams.

All priced under $6, customers are even more impressed by the fact that the products are all made in Melbourne.

“Made in Australia? That’s great!” wrote one shopper on TikTok.

“I love that these are locally produced,” agreed another.

Kmart beauty buyer Nicola Farrell shared her top picks from the new range in an article for news.com.au. beauty diary It contained everything an Australian needs to have good skin.

“This range covers all your skincare needs with beautiful lathering cleansers, serums, moisturizers and on-the-go facial mists to optimize your skin’s hydration throughout the day,” she said. .

“Hero is an overnight gel mask that infuses your skin with hyaluronic acid to help keep your skin hydrated while you sleep.

“The range is proudly made here in Melbourne and available in stores and online at renowned incredible prices.”

Nicola’s recommendation has already gone viral, with the Australian Tea Tree with Witch Hazel Calming Night Treatment Gel sold out online.

But there were plenty of other beauty products on sale, including the $5 retail Australian Manuka Honey Eye Cream and the $6 Detoxify & Brighton Pink Clay Face Mask Tube.

In total, Kmart sells 39 Australian-made skincare products alongside other products from the retailer, including name brands Garnier, Nip+Fab and Nivea.

As well as new local products, Kmart also introduced another in-house line with brightly colored packaging featuring serums, face masks and shower products.
