The ‘Modern Thai House’ by Braeden Constructions and designed by Chris Clout has struck gold with its attention to detail and tropical elegance.

This three-story home has a stunning outdoor dining pavilion with a fire pit and chairs that give the illusion of floating over the pool.

The pool is tiled, with an acrylic spa and clear front facing the river. You can step into the pool from most rooms in the house.

The main feature windows are double-glazed New Guinea Rosewood, each panel weighing up to 340 kilograms.

The judges praised the home for its “impressive roof design and timber highlights that add to its tropical elegance.”
